My first pheasant painted on A3 size paper as I normally paint birds on a smaller size paper. Due to the size I had to make sure that pigment will mix smoothly on the paper and that the “painting will paint itself” like no other medium can. My plan was to keep this pheasant loose and saturated to express its beauty. It will look great when framed in a nice good size room.

Painted on the professional paper, Arches 300gsm, using High-grade professional Winsor and Newton paints which guarantee extra durability and colour protection.
