Commission Work

Do you do a commission work?

All commission requests I consider individually so if there is something that you would like me to paint, please drop me an email with your ideas and I will get back to you ASAP.

Returns & Refunds

What if I change my mind and I want to return the painting?

No problem at all, if you change your mind or for any reason you are not hapy with the painting or print you have 14 days (from receiving the package) to return it. Once the painting comes back to me I will issue a refund. Your satisfaction is my top priority.

What if the package arrive damaged?

I put a lot of care to make sure that my paintings are safe in transit, however in case of any damage or package lost I will issue a refund for original artwork (I will expect you to send a damaged painting back to me). If prints are lost or damaged I will produce new ones and send them to you free of charge. When collecting the parcel please visually inspect the packaging. When tube or cardboard envelope is damaged best thing to do would be not to accept it.


When can I expect my parcel to arrive?

My turn around is between 2-5 working days for all UK orders. Originals got extra insurance so they usually travel faster. I normally prepare package the same day (when ordered before 5pm) and post next working day. If you want your order to arrive quicker please choose Express Delivery at the checkout (1-2 working days).

What courier do you use?

Most of the time I use Royal Mail and MyHermes, for USA and Europe it varies.

Can you combine postage?

Yes, all you have to do is to add paintings you are interested in to the basket and postage will be automatically combined at the checkout.

What type of packaging do you use?

Smaller sizes like A6,A5,A4,A3 I pack in a card backed envelope for extra protection, originals include additional cardboard support.
Everything bigger than A3 will be shipped rolled in an sturdy cardboard tube, in my experience this is the safest way to send a large print.


Is it safe to buy from your website

Yes, my shop is SSL certified (see the padlock icon before my website address) This is the sign that chrome gives to the trusted websites.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major transaction: PayPal, Stripe, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Direct bank transfer & cash on collection.

Why is it better to buy directly from the artist?

The reason is simple, you won`t find those paintings cheaper anywhere else. Most online art galleries charges about 35% this means that price must reflect this. Please read feedbacks below from my satisfied customers.
